Our 4000 square feet is a perfect setting for consignment sales. We make selling furniture hassle-free for you and take care of the process from start to finish. 

Casa Bella Home Decor is now accepting new and gently used modern and quality vintage furniture. Furniture should be structurally sound, in working condition, drawers able to slide, with no major scraches. Upholstery should be nearly in perfect condition, free of stains, rips, smoke, and fading. 

The consignment period is 90 days. A scheduled markdown of 20% occurs after 30 days. If after 60 days the furniture has not sold, another 20% markdown will be applied. After 90 days, consigner must pick up item, or it will be donated. 

50% of the net selling price to be distributed on the last day of the month following the sale. 

Simply send us a few pictures of the item you would like to consign to our email. Include a description of the piece of furniture, original cost, condition, and age. We determine the price.
